The a/v files are in .mov format containing MPEG-4 audio and video (just 1 frame per second, though), the audio-only files are .mp4. Everything should be playable with Apple's Quicktime, and hopefully also with VLC or MPlayer. The http link should allow you to download the files in case the streaming won't work (because of NAT). You may need to do "save file as" or something like that in order to avoid mime type problems.
